6. Who We Work With

Our platform does not use individual sign-up. We partner directly with university, secondary school, and NYSC leadership — a class representative, welfare officer, or platoon/CDS leader — who coordinates collecting their cohort's information through an official data-collection form built for that specific school or camp. Phone-number verification you may see inside the app confirms identity before someone can correct their own already-submitted record; it is not an account sign-up.

Children's Privacy (Secondary Schools)

For our Academy Yearbooks involving students under the age of 18 (minors), data is submitted by the students through specific, closed-access forms authorized by their school. We do not market to or solicit data from minors independently; we operate strictly as a technology partner for the educational institution. By directing their students to utilize our data-collection forms, the school administration acts in loco parentis (in the place of a parent) and represents that they have obtained the necessary legal consent from the students' parents or legal guardians as required by the NDPA for the collection and processing of their photos and academic profiles.
