Welcome to The YBA (The Yearbook App). By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully as they govern your access to and use of our digital yearbook platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The YBA platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Service

The YBA provides a digital yearbook platform for NYSC, Campus, and Academy communities. You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile
Respect the privacy and dignity of other users
Use the platform for its intended purpose only
Not upload offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit to The YBA. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the yearbook platform for its intended purpose.

Important: All photos and information submitted become part of your institution's permanent digital yearbook record.

4. Payment and Refunds

The YBA operates on a one-time payment model of ₦5,000 per person for lifetime access. Once payment is made and your yearbook is delivered, refunds are generally not available unless there are exceptional circumstances.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
Distribute malware or engage in any malicious activities
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission

6. Limitation of Liability

The YBA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of The YBA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
